Our Individual Tax Returns start at $450 for NEW clients. To receive a quote on business tax returns, please call us!
Completing these steps promptly ensure your file is activated and ready for processing. Please note, returns are completed in the order they are received.
1. Sign Your Engagement Letter

Action: Please review and sign your personalized Engagement Letter.

Purpose: This document confirms our working relationship and clearly outlines the scope of our services and our fees for the upcoming season.

2. Settle the Initial Invoice via Stripe

Action: Once the Engagement Letter is signed, you will receive your retainer invoice. Please complete this payment promptly.

Purpose: The payment will be processed securely through our trusted partner, Stripe, and is required to activate your file in our system and move to the next step. Our new client portal link cannot be sent until your invoice has been paid.

3. Set Up Your Client Xchange Portal (TaxAct)

Action: Watch your inbox for a separate email from TaxAct requesting you to verify your information and set up your access.

Purpose: We are transitioning to a new secure document sharing system called Client Xchange, which is powered directly by our tax software, TaxAct. This new system will greatly streamline your document collection process.

Note: This email will be sent AFTER the Engagement Letter is signed and the invoice is paid. All document uploads must be done here.
If you complete theses steps after February 28, we will automatically apply for an extension and move you into cue.
Returns are prepared in the order received, giving priority to the corporate, March 15th returns.
Once Step 1 & 2 are completed, we encourage you to send up all the documents you have available, before February 28. This will help move your return along once all your documents are complete.
